This form is provided in accordance with Article X (Withdrawal from the Contract) of the General Terms and Conditions of GEZGİN OUTDOOR s.r.o., for use by Buyers qualifying as consumers who have concluded a contract with the Seller outside the Seller's usual business premises and who wish to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, in accordance with applicable Czech and EU consumer protection law.

Notes for the Consumer
1. You may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending this completed form, or any other unequivocal statement setting out your decision to withdraw from the contract, to the Seller at the contact details above (by e-mail or post), before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. In the event of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the Goods, as set out in Article X.1 of the Seller's General Terms and Conditions.
3. Please note that, in accordance with Article X.2 of the Seller's General Terms and Conditions, certain Goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal or from return, in particular: perishable Goods; Goods for which the cold chain may have been interrupted; Goods with opened hygienic packaging; and Goods for which more than one third of the minimum durability period has already expired, to the extent such exclusions are permitted under applicable consumer protection law.
4. Any exchange or return of Goods must be approved in advance by the Seller and returned to the wholesale centre from which the Goods were delivered, in accordance with Article X.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.
5. This form does not apply to complaints about defective Goods; for such matters, please use the Seller's separate Complaint Form.
Language. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between this English version and the Czech-language version of this Withdrawal Form, the Czech-language version shall be exclusively decisive and binding, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights under applicable law.
