1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the device of a visitor when the visitor accesses the website. Similar technologies (such as local storage or pixel tags) are treated in the same way in this policy. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies GEZGİN OUTDOOR s.r.o. (the “Seller”, “we”) uses on this website (the “Website”), including the e-order service, and how you can manage them.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the Website and the e-order system to function, for example to keep a Buyer logged in, to remember items in an order being prepared, and to ensure the security of the login process. These cookies do not require consent, as they are necessary to provide the service requested by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications).
2.2 Functional cookies
These cookies remember choices made by the user (such as language or branch/establishment selection) to improve usability. They are used only with the user's consent, unless they are strictly necessary for a function explicitly requested by the user.
2.3 Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Website (e.g., pages visited, time spent, error messages) so that we can improve its functionality. Analytics cookies are used only with the user's consent.
2.4 Marketing cookies
These cookies may be used, where applicable, to measure the effectiveness of the Seller's own communications or to display relevant content. Marketing cookies are used only with the user's consent and are not currently deployed on the Website unless separately enabled and disclosed here.
3. Indicative List of Cookies
| Cookie name | Category | Purpose | Duration |
| session_id | Strictly necessary | Maintains a logged-in e-order session | Session |
| cart_id | Strictly necessary | Remembers items added to an order in progress | Session |
| cookie_consent | Strictly necessary | Stores the visitor's cookie consent choices | 12 months |
| lang_pref | Functional | Remembers the selected language/branch | 6 months |
| _analytics (example) | Analytics | Statistics on Website usage | Up to 24 months |
This list is indicative and will be updated to reflect the actual cookies deployed on the Website once the Website's cookie-consent management tool is configured; the current authoritative list is always available through the cookie settings panel on the Website.
4. Cookie Banner and Consent Management
4.1 First-visit banner
When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner is displayed before any non-essential cookie is set. The banner allows you to: (a) accept all cookies; (b) reject all non-essential cookies; or (c) open detailed settings and select consent separately for each category described in Article 2 (functional, analytics, marketing). Strictly necessary cookies are always active, as they do not require consent.
4.2 Recording of consent
Your consent choices are recorded using the cookie_consent cookie described in the table in Article 3, together with a timestamp, so that we can demonstrate compliance with applicable law and avoid asking for consent again on every visit.
4.3 Changing or withdrawing consent
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, by: (a) using the “Cookie Settings” link permanently available in the Website's footer, which reopens the detailed consent panel; or (b) clearing cookies through your browser settings, which will cause the banner to be shown again on your next visit. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4.4 Browser controls
You can also manage or delete cookies directly through your browser settings, and most browsers allow you to block cookies from specific sites or from all sites. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Website, including the e-order system, from functioning correctly.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Where the Website uses third-party services (for example, an analytics or IT-solution provider referred to in Article XIX.2 of the Seller's General Terms and Conditions), those providers may set their own cookies in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies. We select such providers with due care and, where required, enter into data processing agreements with them.
6. Relationship to Personal Data Processing
Where cookies involve the processing of personal data (e.g., an IP address), such processing is carried out in accordance with the Seller's Information on the Processing of Personal Data, published on the Seller's website.
7. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. The current version is always available on the Website.
